good friday- we were such bad catholics. We'd be halfway thru a steak dinner on a lenten Friday when one of us would point it out to my mom. Her reply usually went something like this: Goddamn it all to hell! Well, God wouldn't want us to waste food- we'll have fish tomorrow night (which we never did b/c my mom hates fish). love the pic garritofu :)
Thanks, Mary. Y'know...I hate to point it out, but, uh, I was referring to SM "throw[ing] him a freebie, in the spirit of Good Friday" when I asked her about eating meat today. Um, dark meat.
Yeah, Samsmama, throw him A BONE. Hee! Now that's what I call a GOOD Friday.
Oh, and Garritomato, to answer your previous question - my money. Drinks are on me tonight, y'all! Starting with that thirsty-lookin' fellow right there.
Yeah, I think they're on satellite. I've never really listened to them, but... Opie was a childhood friend. We actually went to college together, and roomed together one year. (Not such a great idea.)
As for the pop-up...I like it because you can write your comment and easily refer to the post at the same time. Otherwise, it's a game of back-and-forth.
Well-worded, Samsmama. "Swallow". Ha!
Mary, Mary, quite unaware-ee. I say not ENOUGH hooch.

Made my day. Thank you, Ito.
Well, at least he's honest! Money well spent, I say.
My money, or his, Bev?
Welcome, O.
I saw one that said something to the effect of, "Who am I kidding? I want to get drunk". Which is probably what my sign would say.
He's well on his way with that dollar...
They should implement that into some sort of Make a Wish program.
HA!
Oh, that's funny, Harmony.
SM: I'm surprised you didn't steal the sign and tell him to shoo.
The more I look at him, he seems so sweet. I'd probably throw him a freebie, in the spirit of Good Friday and all.
he can't read! he has no idea what the sign says. poor mofo.
He WAS a really nice guy. You can find him at the corner of 1st & Seneca in Seattle. Are you allowed to eat meat on Good Friday?
And no, MoFM, I did NOT write the sign for him (if that's what you're thinking, you).
Oh, I'll be eating meat, Good Friday or not.

Doesn't quite sound like a drink is what he's looking for, unless you count Tang.
Maybe he likes shots - sex on the beach or buttery nipple?
Perhaps hew just wants a screaming orgasm.
Verf: didic - n. What Stuttering John calls Howard Stern.
I'll be sure to ask him next time I see him.
Ha, O! Hey, speaking of Howard Stern, are there any Opie & Anthony fans here?
And did you see on the other thread...I started a new blog you're gonna love, O.

He better save up for a bath first.
Word verification: ANGLY
ANGLY: How the dry cleaner feels when you try to pick up your clothes without a ticket.
"No ticky, no laundry, round eye!" Lee screamed. "Why you always got to make Lee angly?!"
Stac: Or a few more "charitable" women like Samsmama.
Cary: At least he has enough for a shave and a haircut (if you go by the "two bits" rule).
Nice word verif. You should put your talents to similar use at the new blog: Word Verifunny.
Ah, you've already been there, Cary. Thanks for following!
